1 pint CoolHaus
Peanut Butter ‘n Fudge
Chocolate Cremeux
Peanuts
Instructions
Keep the pint of CoolHaus at -14°C for ease to pipe and mould.
Place CoolHaus ice cream in a piping bag and fill up the silicone mould until the top. Put it on the blast freezer so it hardens and can be removed.
Serve on a plate with a chocolate cremeux and a quenelle of lemon cream.
